Just left there about ten minutes ago, had my daughters prom dress for two weeks , said to pick it up today ,. not only wasn't it ready ,but it wasn't even hemmed properly it was all uneven. some guy kept telling me they were busy, Really are you kidding me , YOU HAD IT TWO WEEKS. Then they charged us the full $50 dollars after making us come back a half hour later , Fifty dollars for an uneven hem that took ten minutes for the seamstress to do. Then we get home and there is a giant rhinestone hanging off the dress, Hello Shea cleaners we didn't do that . N0 WAY ARE WE EVER GOING THERE AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I found them extremely rude as all hell. I am disgusted with this place. Oh they did offer to redo it as we watched the seamstress pinning it all wrong , then we were told by the same guy that it takes several times to hem a dress really are you kidding me I'ts a prom dress not a wedding dress. It was a simple hem that you people couldn't even get right. several time s to hem a dress wow now that's incompetence......................
