I'm a very unhappy customer. I've had the nonprivilege of purchasing a $300 gently used cell phone from this company. 28 days later the phone was shut off. Come to find out it was still under a services agreement contract and still being purchased under someone else's name. Although i pay for service each month the cellphone itself was shut off for nonpayment of a service agreement. I understand that things like this can come up when buying used but when buying used from a company v/s buying from a stanger off the street u have a different feeling of feeling secure. The cellphone was shut off for nonpayment under a service agreement. That was totally out of my control. I didnt break the phone, the phone didn't have any manufactory issues so in a situation like this you would expect for it to be handled professionally, satisfiedly & fairly. Instead I was told because I didn't purchase a warranty by the way that wasn't offered to me that there was nothing they could do. I was left on my own with a loss of $300 and no consideration of losing a good customer. I also bought a $600 ring during that time. Im not happy at all & will do everything in my power to make sure it doesn't happen to another valuable customer.
