In June of 2014 our company hired Secure Remote Support to set up small business startup office that included 12 computers, 4 laptops, 2 printers/scanners and a server that we use to house client projects and our exchange. We also hired them to manage our exchange server.
I am proud to say that this has been one of the easiest, most successful years our company has had. Especially being a relatively new startup, your first few years are critical. I can easily say that without a doubt we would not be where we are today without Secure Remote Support managing our IT needs.
Over the last 11 months we've had the highest quality support at every turn. Every call to them was answered in a reasonable amount of time. Even the silliest of our concerns or problems were met with professionalism and courtesy. This is particularly rare, because I can remember a few different times in the past that I felt talked down to by technicians at other places when they were looking over my family’s computer for repair.
I can think of 5 different times in the last year that I had to reach them for missing files, email issues, problems with the programs our company uses. They were always able to resolve it within an hour or two of my first call. Additionally, my other coworkers have had similar experiences that were met with the same style of support that I was.
I was also able to utilize their services on my home computer in a pinch. I didn’t realize that they support home users as well but was pleasantly surprised when I called my normal technician and was able to get the issue resolved in an afternoon (kids got a virus.)
Having a managed IT solution was of high importance to our company. We found it with secure remote support. We high recommend Secure Remote to any person or company looking for IT support.
