Very disappointed in the way your corp. office handles your product. \r
I ordered a 20'x21' carport and was told 4 to 8 weeks. Then 12 weeks all I was told were lies!!! Your Florida rep. never even came here to pull the permit as of yet and your Florida office people said they would call on the 4/14/15 which was never done!!The car port was to be put up in 12 week maxed and that hasn't happened!!! The knew I am leaving the end of April and no-one will be around! I feel since January 19th. all that was done was I've bee lied too with every conversation I have been getting!!!\r

Wow !!!!!! I just finished this and received a call from the rep. for this area!!!! He was nice and said he is waiting for the permit and should have it by Fri.!!!! We'll see!!!! LOL
