I have always used Enterprise here in Denham Springs (and elsewhere.) After a recent auto accident my insurance set up my rental at my local store and the process was smooth. We had a tornado during my lease and something scratched the side of the truck. Not bad but some of it visual. When I initially picked up the truck, the bed was scratched like a tiger had been caged up inside. Because of the scratch along the side of the truck, ENTERPRISE IN DENHAM SPRINGS charged me, and my insurance $356 (approx) for this scratch. I know they will NOT repair this scratch. I think this is despicable and will find another local rental company (AVIS) my next leasing need. Staff is very friendly and accommodating tho.
