I had my son's birthday party there. They 'seemed' like they had everything under control in the days leading up to the party, but on party day NOTHING went right. First, none of the decorations/party supplies (costing nearly $100) were hung or used. Secondly, 1 of the 3 party hosts was 15 minutes late to the hour long sports part. It started late. There was no organization. And, the party hosts kept leaving the party because an "issue" was happening on the hockey side, leaving only 1 person to man the 25 kids. The hosts did not know how to handle a young group at all, and my friends had to step in the organize events. Only 1 host tried to do the pizza and juice. Again, most of the mom friends had to do the serving and cleaning up. They couldn't find the box of goodie bags in time before a few people had already left! I would NOT have a party there ever again.
