I started get lower back pain early 2007. I tried physical therapy, and a few other ways advertised on TV, cost me a lot of money, but didn?t work at all. The pain got worse and worse, I could not hold my baby, could not sleep well, could not drive long distance. I was desperate and almost thought about surgery as one doctor told me that the pain was result of my thin discs. \r
This lasted about one year until one day my friend told me about chiropractic. (I never heard about chiropractic before, maybe because I am a foreigner). I was living in Atlanta back then and found Michael Kostas online. After checked my x-ray, he worked on me for about 20 minutes. I felt my pain 50% gone after the first treatment, and I could see the hope of healing right away. After a few months treatments, I felt much better, just a little pain left. I tried a few other chiropractors close to my house, but none of them were as good as Dr. Kostas. After moved to Richmond in 2009, I tried a few chiropractors,
