Will "never" take my dogs to dr michael. Took my yorkie to michael on Sat thinking she had ear infection (she had 2 infections over last 2 months). Michael convinced me that my yorkie had fluid in chest cavity. Couldn't hear the fliud during an exam, but that there was fluid.. She was so convincing, even w/o doing any tests. Said a chest tap could remove any fluids. It could work for couple months. Or the fluid could accumulate by next day. Said a chest tap would have to be done continually. That my yorkie was going to die. Trusting her evaluation I elected not to do x-rays. The following Monday a.m. my yorkie died. Even tho she had died, I took her to another vet for x-rays. NO fluid. That vet thought maybe she had a blood clot in her lungs. I can't begin to describe how convincing michael was. To think I believed her. Will not take my dogs to michaels associates either. Two months ago took her in for blood work & exam. Told the associate my yorkie lost all use of her hind legs for couple hours. He just thought it was from laying on her legs funny. I think the problem started then. If you love your pet avoid Clinton Parkway Hosp.
