I once thought Dr. Zettler was amazing, a very caring man towards the animals. Now, after he allowed another vet to do a procedure that NEVER should have been, AND charging over $200, and me coming in there to discuss it and find out just why he allowed another vet to touch my animal, he had no accountability and refused to refund even part of the money that never should have been charged. He also price matches on flea/tick meds, ONLY requirement is it has to be a US based website. BUT refuses to actually price match when presented with printed webpage..he is only in it for the money. He does not care about his patients or their owners! AVOID!! He will not even talk to you, he sends his b*tch of an office manager to escort you out of the building!
