HORRIBLE!! Unfortunately, I went to this place for invisalign and seen the dentist one time in the 8 months that I have been going to this place. My teeth are not doing so well and they have been PAID IN FULL. No one can ever answer your questions and appointments are changed w/ no notice to you. I am on my final tray and questioned about the retainer -- another charge, although I was told it was included in the $4,800 cost. \r \r One day I decided to go ahead and get my teeth cleaned one day since I was there anyway. They took xrays and told me that I had gum disease. They couldn't clean it that day, but would need me to schedule a "deep cleaning" for a three series set. Even the dentist questioned why they weren't going to do a cleaning that day and he was immediately told about the "deep cleaning"......I bet there was a wink between them. Anyway, I declined and left. But not without a $149 bill that they wanted up front b/c they knew my insurance wouldn't pay for that crap. [T
