We have been taking our child here since he was an infant. I must admit that the infant room is fantastic; however, after he moved up, things went downhill. One thing that we dislike is that everything is community based meaning that they share diapers, wipes, cups, clothing etc.\r \r We do not find it acceptable when we bring in our ""higher"" end items and they use them on other children. We will bring in a pack of diapers and within a week, we need to bring in more. An example of this is when we went on vacation, and when our child returned, we needed to bring in more diapers and wipes (we brought in a full pack before he left). \r \r It seems that the staff cannot keep up with clothing. They have lost jackets, blankets, and pants. When our child comes to daycare, we have separate clothes -- for there, and for when he is not there -- that's how bad it is. \r \r The facility is not that clean regarding the toddler rooms. Within a year there were 3 cases of H1N1, cases of Hand Foot and Mouth among other things, and our child has been sick countless times. I understand that children get sick, but cleanliness is vital for this type of business -- very rarely do you smell bleach, and the toys look dirty as if they haven't been clean for a long time.\r \r Many claim that this is a great daycare center; however, this is just a short summary of problems we have had bring our child there. Pros: Good hours, not bad price Cons: Not clean, Changed management
