I have chronic knee pain. So much so it hurt to walk up a flight of stairs. I started seeing Ginny last year about this time. When we first started I could not walk more than a few stairs before my pain became extreme. I went twice a week for treatments. I noticed the pain dropped dramatically after the first visit. It took about a month for the pain to totally go away. I kept up with the treatments and now I go once a week to keep the pain away. It was nice for the first time in years I could have a more active life and enjoy work again too. I am a server and bartender so I stand for long periods of time and often run around a lot.
