I felt so disrespected by Tim's automotive. The owner Tim was just a rude individual and kept on accusing me of neglecting my car and not taking car of it when I even have records to prove every single oil change, which might I add were all done on time! My car was in there for a pre-buy inspection for one of my friends to buy. Just to make sure nothing was wrong just a day ago we had the oil changed and a 'check all' service done to make sure everything looked like it was supposed to and run like it was supposed to, done at Bernard's garage in Milwaukie. Everything checked out fine but the timing belt which we already knew needed to be replaced. Now as Tim is looking at my car he is claiming that it is a piece of junk needs tons of work and would never pass DEQ. Now I heard this from my friend because Tim nor his employees would even give me a print out of what was wrong...told me he didn't have one and wouldn't have one any time soon. So obvisouly they are not capable of printing out a list of the oh so many problems my car supposedly has. To make him look even more like a complete idiots and not know what the heck he is doing...he should of looked at the tags on my car...it PASSED DEQ 3 weeks ago. BEWARE TIM'S AUTOMOTIVE DOESN""T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! To add to that he charged double what my other mechanic was going to do to fix the timing belt...over priced and rude...what a great combo.
Cons: so rude!
