I have been with them for over 2years and called today for some forms I needed to update and this call went on for a week they have a a automated system that tells you to pick line 2 for old customers but now one ever answers that line. then call back and pick line 4 for new customers and they pick up o first ring and when you tell them you been calling she told me don't matter. And she stated when she get a chance she will answer voice mail and been leaving them for a week. I will be taking my insurance somewhere where they understand the word CUSTOMER SERVICE.
