Review content:
We have been dealing with Colorado Springs Dodge for the past 3 years, and they have always bent over backwards to make us happy with our purchases. Service, great... When we purchased our 2008 Charger, after a few weeks we noticed a scratch on one of the magnesium wheels. Took it to service, no questions asked, got a new rim in a few days. Had trouble with the CD player skipping only at high altitudes, no problem, new radio in a few days. Our recent purchase is a 2009 Journey, the sales person was Jason Martin, couldn't be friendlier or more polite, helpful and really tried to get us more than $10.00 in our gas tank, because I argued the PT that I traded in had a 3/4 tank of gas....couldn't get it though, darn. We think we negotiated a fair price for the car, we both liked it and the leg room and V6 were important, and although the Journey has some poor ratings, we feel confident that this dealer will make it right for us.
