The last time I had any type of surgery, was on my knee at the age of 7. I have never even broken a bone or been in a hospital (thankfully) since then. So when I decided to have my breasts enlarged, searching for the right Doctor was going to be a long and cautious road. After having consolations with a number of popular and recommended Doctors in NYC and Long Island, I walked into Dr. Romanelli?s office and instantantly knew ? he was THE ONE! First off, I barely waited. He was the first Dr. out of 10 that didn?t make me wait at least an hour or more before putting me in a room. Every single visit I have had with his office, I waited on average, 15 minutes. Amazing! Secondly, he made me feel the most conformable during the consultation and spent time answering all of my questions (and I had many!). He went through all of the pros and cons, different breast sizes and options. During the consult, he never ?rushed? me or made me feel that I was second or third to his other patients as so many of the other doctors have (almost half of the doctors that I met with, rushed me through the consult, as if they just didn?t have time!). After meeting with Dr. Romanelli during the consult, he had me meet with another member of his staff to go over more logistics. She also spent a lot of time with me ? not rushing me and thoroughly answering all of my questions. She also showed me a few books of before and after patients that had similar shaped breasts and issues ? no other Doctor had done this for me! Doctor Romanelli?s office was fantastic the entire time as well. They all were very sweet and even remembered my name after the first visit. The day of the surgery, I was super nervous (again, not having surgery since 7!), but Dr. Romanelli and his team truly made me feel so comfortable! About Four hours after the surgery, while I was resting at home on my meds?.Dr. Romanelli personally called me to make sure I was feeling ok, which I was and I can?t tell you how important that was too me that he personally called. After a few days rest, I was back to work, just as the Dr. had predicted! I have to say, my breasts look AMAZING! Perfectly symmetrical, virtually almost NO scarring, natural feeling and I couldn?t be happier!! His facilities are top notch as well - seriously like a 5 star resort compared to otehrs. I would recommend ANYONE and EVERYONE to go to Dr. Ronamelli. He genuinely cares about his patients and does phenomenal work!
