1ST Thing,, they tell me 2 weeks to service a push mower when I brought it in,, I call 2 weeks later and they tell me now it 3 to 3-1/2 weeks,, so after I had to call them again, they tell me it's ready, nothing else. I go in and the fellow behind the counter asked if anyone told me whats going on, I said no one had called, that's why I had to call to see if it's ready, then he tells me it's the cylinder and just run it till it dies. So he has the BALL to charge me $47-50 to tell me that, OK fine. He brings it out to my car and it's in pieces, never put back together. How the hell can I run it if it's like this? I bought the mower from them and thought I'd get better service. I had taken it there a few other times for service and it just was never the same as when it was bought. I know in retail you can never satisfy everyone everytime BUT I would never again or would I recommend ANYONE doing Business with them. This is MY Warning
