Review content:
Went to this local shop to order some flowers for my daughters birthday. No one in the shop offered any ideas. Just asked what colors I wanted. Then proceeded to ask my name and who the flowers were going to and their address. I made sure to enunciate my daughters last name correctly, almost to the point of making it sound like two words. The guy that waited on me did not repeat the name so I thought he got it...Wrong!!! On my daughter's birthday they arrived and she sent me a picture. I was embarrassed to say the least. The flowers looked awful. They were droopy, and showed no professional style. It looked like a two day old hand picked bouquet. But they did get the balloons right. Upon closer inspection of the picture I noted the name on the card....It wasn't even the right last name...REALLY? I called the flower shop and spoken with the guys who took my order. I told him that he had put the wrong last name on the card and that really upset me....His response as he let out a giggle ' MY BAD"....REALLY? ...Yeah you're bad alright. And unprofessional. SHOP ELSEWHERE>>>I WILL
