i am a huge fan of consignment shops and have visited every single one in the birmingham area. this particular shop has great clothes if you are in the mood for shopping, but the owner is a completely impossible woman. not only is she rude to the customers, but i have even seen her be very mean to her employees. if you are interested in consigning your clothes, dont expect her to be nice unless they are tip top of the line. otherwise, she brushes you off and is pretty rude when picking up your check (i have witnesses these with my own eyes). she's had great help over the years, especially a couple girls that i am sure she was very upset when they quit working for her due to her terrible attitude and behavior. if you are wearing really nice clothes and driving a nice car, she will be your best friend, but if you aren't doing either one of those things, don't expect her to do more than greet you and tell you about the sales for the day. too bad she is so manic, it's a great little shop!!
Pros: great clothes and a great shop
Cons: the owner is completely awful to some patrons, consigners and even her employees
