Review content:
I would give zero stars if I could. We used American commodore tuxedo for a wedding we were apart of. Of the 4 tuxes our guys were fitted for, none of them fit correctly. One man could not button his shirt or coat and they did not have shoes for him. We do not know why- apparently his shoes just did not come in. Another man's coat only came to mid forearm. The third man's shoes did not come close to fitting him. The child's shirt was 2 sizes too big and shoes were 2 sizes too small. The staff acted like we were an inconvenience to them when we were only trying to get replacements in time for the wedding. They did eventually reorder the parts for the tuxes and had them shipped to another store closer to the wedding so we could have them in time. The kicker was, after asking and being denied a discount since nothing was correct, the staff told us that we owed another $26! I have a receipt that shows $166 paid in full- balance of $0, but the employee told me that I still owed $26. He said that the price of the tux went up since the date that we ordered them. I refused to pay and am watching my credit card closely. One man was told that if he brought his receipt back to the store he would be refunded the $26 they told us we owed. He took the receipt back and is still getting the runaround. He will probably never see that money. Save yourself the money and hassle and pick a different place to rent your tuxedo!!!!
