I recently took my vehicle in to Expert Tire in Visalia, CA for a "quick" oil change. I was very dissatisfied with the performance of the staff. My vehicle was the only one there, and yet it took them over two hours to complete a simple oil change! After they finally got the oil change completed, they refused to accept my coupon because it was not for the oil that they put in. They did not ask me which oil I wanted, they just put in what they wanted. \r

The price was overly high for the quality of service provided, the staff was rude, and the wait was terribly long. I do not recommend Expert Tire, especially if you have a coupon!
