Don't fall for the solar pool ""maintenance"" service. They called and recommended my solar panels be inspected and serviced which included checking the fittings, sealing the bolts to prevent roof leaks, and servicing the solar power equipment for $129. Seemed like a good service. The guy (Clayton) got up on the roof, no more than 2-3 minutes, so no way he actually did anything up there. I asked him to look at the solar control unit which wasn't working- he never even opened it and said ""lightning hit it, needs replaced"", $914 estimate to repair. I complained to the office, and they said they would send him back out to do the services he was originally supposed to do. Not sure if he ever went back out, but they did charge me the $129 again! I never authorized another charge to my card, but I didn't notice it until the 60 days one can file a dispute had passed. I called the office once I noted the charge, and she said she could not access those records and I'd have to call back tomorrow. NEVER, EVER do business with this dishonest company. Now I'm out $258 for ZERO service performed.
