Review content:
Based on a recent experience, that has been confirmed by other very similar experiences on line, I d like to share mine while saying mine is now a couple of years old.i was a customer of kimberly s , for a couple of years. I used to come in every 3 weeks or so for amens haircut. On my last visit I was told the price went up 4 dollars.as the owner of a well known business in the area, I can understand occasional price increases . however, I thought that was what the price would be on any future visit.when I was told it applied to the current visit as well, I didn t show it but was put out by it.as a businessman I felt it was a poor business decision on there part.when I t was brought to my attention about her horrendous policies regarding lost gift certificates, basically telling people that there money was gone, that I d share my story . while my experience certainly doesn t rise to that level, it does say an awful lot about their attitudes, scruples or lack thereof.while I was satisfied with my relationship prior to that experience, I m sorry that I spent my money there for a number of years. Oh since I ve left , I get an equally high quality haircut in clifton park for 40percent of the price.
