I was looking to file a bad faith claim against Geico, it was the plan from the start, or so I thought. We discussed this many times. Instead we spent years gathering evidence, and they ended up filing a personal injury claim against the other insurance company. Now it is too late to file the bad faith claim! Not the plan, but there was poor communication through this law firm and lack of care in the end. I am very disappointed I chose to go with this law firm. What a waste of time! Look elsewhere!!!
