My husband and I experienced a leak around the base of the toilet. We called Roto-Rooter in Florence, KY and were very pleased with the service they provided. We received a call when our technician was on his way to our home. When he arrived, he took care not to track anything into our house. He was friendly, courteous, and respectful. He double-checked his work to make sure there was no more leakage before he left, and he told us to be sure to call if we had any more problems. We couldn't ask for better service!
