Review content:
I would never use this company because it was sold over one year ago and the new owner did not contact previous customers from old owner and will not warrant any work done by them.\r murray(the new owner) said he warrantied for one year old customers that called for issues to be fixed. but if you did not call in that time period you would not know that the company was sold to get warranty work done...........very unprofessional way of continuing a previous business.\r I spent $2700.00 refinishing a tub, shower and three counter tops and have nothing but problems. the new finish always comes off and the previous owner always had the tech. come out and repair the issues.\r the new owner purchasing a business knowing that all work is lifetime warranty should honor that. it is the right way to gain customers for future business.\r If I were to do it again I would never use this expensive spray on material that just will not stay on like a new product has. I now am going to spend much more and get acrylic tub and shower installed. it will cost triple price but it is from a company that has been in business for decades and has a insured warranty for life and is transferable if I sell my home.
