I am currently a resident at a Nurock owned property in East Point GA. My leasing office changes employees every 3 months. I have a 214.00 balance on my account from October of last year it is now March and the balance is still there I can never speak with anyone in regards to this matter I have called left messages sent emails and NOW THIS. My leasing office has told me the Regional Manager Becky would be taking this balance off my account. Its MARCH!!!! She has yet to do it and no one is trying to assist in this matter I feel as though this is very unprofessional and it seems as though the employess are trying to steal from me.I pay my rent every month and each time its something. My 214 balance came from an error on their behalf. You cant jut stop taking money orders of out the blue then send a person to do so much to pay their rent and nothing works so you say well the fees will be taken off your account because you did come to pay ON TIME. No one is ever knowledgeable of any issues that you have but they know how to lie and say we don't know when Becky is coming in or call the corporate number that they know no one will answer or even respond back to you. As a resident this feels as though you are worthless. My lease says one things and this company has done the total opposite.I have tried to not involve my attorney in this matter because this is petty but I am beyond disappointed with this company and the leasing staff I am assigned to they are VERY unprofessional. I have family moving here from Miami and I wouldn't dare refer them to this company or anyone else for that matter.
