I moved into a property in East Point, GA-Lakeshire Village in the middle of February. \r
The apartment was filthy and I was told it would be cleaned before we moved in and it was not. I had to come out of my own pocket to clean up what they promised to clean. In addition they waited until after we moved to resurface our tub and did it incorrectly. We have submitted numerous requests in writing and verbally to have the tub resurfaced again and we are just getting the run around from the staff. We are paying for a bathroom that we cannot use.\r

In addition to all of that this month a charge has appeared on our account indicating that we moved in at the beginning of February when we signed the lease in the middle. The charge has not been removed.
