Home Depot referred me as a "lead" to this Seattle based company. I was given a 1-5pm window for installation for a Tuesday after I made the decision to order through Home Depot on a Sunday. I appreciated having the opportunity to order on a Sunday since my water heater blew up on the Saturday before. Local plumbers quotes were $500. above the same 38 gallon water heater that I wanted. OSH had a week order time for product required. Jupiter was delayed in traffic at American Canyon and was kind to call and explain his delay. He arrived at 3pm and drained then removed the old heater.He installed the new Rheem and tested the lines.Debris clogged several of the faucets with sand and debris and he cleared most but left the bathtub because it looked like it would be a little more complicated and was really not part of his job.He did a very good job installing the very heavy appliance and I appreciated the follow up on many of the household faucet's flow of water.
