Review content:
While we were happy to find that they could fix our car in a short time frame, the man on the phone was a bit gruff and short when we asked questions. He couldn't tell us if the fee to view the car would apply to the repair or not so we had to agree to fee without the comfort of knowing that they would apply it to the repair. Some difficulty in understanding why the problem occurred which would be helpful information so that we know we could trust that the recommended repair was necessary and not overkill. We are looking for the least expensive option and don't get the sense that Spirit would give the least expensive choice or information as to why there isn't a less expensive choice. Explanation was not easy to understand for a non-mechanic. Sounded like man on the phone was busy and didn't want to be bothered by questions. Generally, to trust a mechanic we need easy explanations with options given if there are any less expensive options available.
