UPDATE: The general manager in Norfolk just called me and offered a complete rebate. This was done after work hours and I respect a man who cares about his profession. For this I added one star. Maybe an a$$ chewing for these alleged former servicemen behind the desk will change some attitudes at that location. I certainly hope so.
