I went in a while ago to get my car looked at for an indicator light which had come on. They charged about $80 to plug their machine in to decipher the error code (go to Autozone, they'll do this for free). They then proceeded to tell me that based on the error code of a few miss fires that they'd recommend a full tune-up on the vehicle. They quoted a price of around $950 (something about difficult plug locations). I opted to go to Autozone to confirm the reading and I can confirm that Goodyear was honest about the error code. I chose to reset the computer chip and see if the problem resurfaced. I've had no problems since the reset - so far, saved my self $950.
