Well I had a bad experience at this Colony tire. I took it there to because my Cooling System was messing up. So, I had to wait 3 day b/c of parts not coming in. When they received the part, parts/labor was over $500. I drove it for 3 days and My radiator hose blew. I had it towed to Colony and the person at the front guarantees me it will be done the next morning and so I call at 1pm the next day and another person says the part has NOT come in. I was so mad so I told him what she guarenteed me and he apologizes. So I had to come back to the Colony tire to pick up my car again. It was picked up but it was such a a hassle. I wont be going back b/c they couldnt get the parts in a reasonable time and the Girl at the front didnt know what she was talking about.\r
