I recently had some repair and maintenance work done at the N. Duke Street Service Center and had an excellent experience there. The office staff (especially Steve Oakley) and the technical staff were very professional and seemed more concerned about the quality of the work performed and having a satisfied customer than just getting my business. I have already recommended this service center to a friend who will use their services soon.
