Though they resolve the reported problem, please be sure to verify associated asociated things.\r For example, if you report issue in your head light is not working. Their initial suggestion would be to change entire head light assembly. But if you say you don't want to change the entire headlight just the bulb that is failing, they fix head light. But after the work is complete, dim light may start fail (which is part of whole assembly). And you need to pay additional labour charges to fix it, only because you didn't mention dim light or they didn't check it (blame will be on you, because you didn't change the entire assembly). And they claim they did excellent job by replacing head light bulb.\r \r A work that could be done by one iteration may need multipe visits, only because you are not changing the entire assembly as per their suggestion (or may be their less experience, what a customer would expect) Pros: Near by Cons: unsatisfactory service
