I am completely dissatisfied with the work I've had done at Mitchells. I went there for years with my first two cars, and spent a lot of money on everything from oil changes to tires to batteries. After having a broken timing belt, I went to have it replaced and spent nearly $2000. The car then leaked for months. I would bring it in, and they would tell me they'd "tightened things up," and it should be fine to drive, but it kept leaking. Now after getting several other estimates elsewhere, I've been told that it's evident that the leak stemmed from shoddy work. I will NEVER go back to Mitchells again. For anything. The worst part is that after being ripped off, they could have fixed their mistake(s) when I had returned for other services, but they never did. Do NOT go here.
