Review content:
I have worked with Michelle Maher Ford in the past and since she has sold her business to Anton Halka..the whole staff, including Michelle who is much more preoccupied with her new role in Long Term Care sales than in still being in service to her old clients, has successfully managed to make me feel like the 5 policies I have with them is nothing to them. I wrote to tell them I would be moving to a new agent and noone had the courtesy to call me to personally discuss. I was given absolutely wrong information by Ruth Mejia-Campos and her supervisor, Elva Hernandez, never had the courtesy to call me back personally. I sent Anton a note..he loves emailing me to send money, but he could not email me back on a problem. I also emailed Michelle and she is gone, gone, gone. After 15 years of working with Michelle, I am leaving this agency and moving to another. They did not make me feel like I was in good hands with Allstate. No customer service at all..I had to do all the hours of legwork on my own..pathetic. Funny, I see AJ wrote similar stuff just January this year. I would go anywhere but here. Absolutely unacceptable to be treated this way with my hard earned money. A small fender bender that could have cost me double in insurance was reported and did not have to be if my agent was working with me and had my best interests at heart. Now the incident is recorded on my record and may certainly affect future rates with new carriers. The words LOSER AGENT comes to mind. To be totally ignored and dissed is insane when you are paying rates you could be paying to someone else. And to all the staff there..if it wasn't for me and your other customers, you wouldn't have a damn paycheck or place of work to go to..so start behaving properly with knowing who butters your bread, baby!\r

I started business with Michelle when I was 18 years old. I currently have my auto, life and health policies with her and I feel so fortunate to have such an attentive and class act agent. Her staff calls me if my policy is in danger of lapsing and even gives me options to avoid having to remember my due dates (automatic payment are the best!) She calls for my renewal to explain what I have, and get this, her staff even calls to warn me that my premium has gone up, even before I notice it. I think that an office who takes the time to take care of their customers is truly a treasure. Companies are always so big and busy, that they forget about the human touch.\r

When I got my auto policy, I remember she sent me a letter with a picture of her and all of the agents at her office along with a small bio about every one of them. She took the time to welcome me to her agency and to meet her ""family."" Along with the bio she included other products that most people and myself were not aware of. Things like life insurance, cancer or accident insurance. Thank Michelle for being a great agent and a great person. It is truly nice to see such customer service in a time where that is unheard of.\r
