Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Chester, VA provided me with excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied during my business trip and even after I returned my rental.I was highly pleased with their customer service interaction and their consideration to make sure they could assist me with anything I was in need of that they were able to provide. The car I rented was great on gas, extremely spacious and very comfortable to drive. My co-workers were also pleased and grateful of the leg room space and access to charge their cell phones, tablets, and browse their ipods through the screen as we traveled. Our journey to our conference was wonderful and there was nothing like riding back to our home state with the sun roof open enjoying our unlimited mileage. Nevertheless, even after we returned our rental my email and phone had both been contacted by enterprise to assure that I was satisfied with my experience and if not was there anything they could do to. Overall, I rent with them occasionally and I wouldn't change that for anything. Quality over quantity and satisfaction over savings.
