I've used the Providence location for about 3 1/2 years now (since my daughter was 2 mos old) and never had any real problems. The staff has always been courteous, and I have never had any trouble obtaining a sick appointment, although I have had to wait on hold for considerable lengths of time. I still can't complain though, after all, there are very few businesses left that you don't have to wait on hold for awhile. I do make sure to book check up appointments well in advance, as they seem to be booked 3-4 weeks ahead of time. Although I've only had to go in for sick appointments about 1-2 times a year (I'm NOT one of those parents who feels the need to run to the pediatrician's office every time her child has the sniffles - which, btw, I feel is a large part of the problem some people have in booking sick appointments - they bog down the appointment times for their not-so-sick child and take away from those who geninuinely need to see a doctor), I've always found the staff to be
