I am a nurse at Children'sMedical Group, and the parent of a child that is a patient . I am the one fielding the phone calls from frustrated parents, it is just as frustrating for us to try to help people who are wanting appointments and we have none.We can only see so many patients in a day, and yes every kid in Mobile and the surrounding areas is sick, including mine, but I don't rush my child in at the first sign of an illness. We are here to help, if the reception staff is not sympathetic, it is because they have no medical background, Our Doctors and Nurses are the finest in the area, please give us the chance to prove it. Some people are not going to be happy no matter what we do, even if we could move mountains!
