Review content:
Twice I used “Wok to You” delivery service and, both times, they messed up the order by forgetting to bring something. Last night, I ordered Chinese food from China Wok and had Wok to You delivery it. The driver forgot my soup. I let her know before she left. She told me to call the store. I spoke with Josh about the driver not having my soup. He called China Wok and China Wok told him that the soup was picked up with the rest of the order. Josh gets back on the phone with me and tells me China Wok said it was included with my order. So, I said that the driver might have given my soup with someone else’s order. He said he guaranteed that the driver didn’t do that and told me to call China Wok. I said the only way you can guarantee that she didn’t give it to someone else is if he was sitting in the passenger seat. I said that I wasn’t going to call them because I didn’t order from them and that I wanted my soup. He said they didn’t have my soup. I said, then, the driver ate it. It’s not my job to call the restaurant. I threatened to stop payment on my credit card if I didn’t get my soup. We argued for 10 minutes over this before I handed the phone to my husband. He said, “We want our soup” and hung up. A few minutes later, someone from Wok to You called back and said our soup would be on it’s way….it arrived an hour later. Never will I order from this place again. Whatever happened to customer service? It’s not at that place. My opinion is, there’s a bunch of morons working there that are rude as hell.!
