I saw Dr. Spero once so far after a car accident that left me with shoulder, arm and back pain and he listened, was thorough and informative. I wish I could say the same for the office personnel that I had to deal with. I was given a prenotification from my insurance company which I brought with me to my appointment and told the woman taking my check in information that I had it; at which point she responded very rudely "huh? what's that" (or something to that effect. I let her know that it was given to me by my insurance and that she should know since it was her job and not mine. I also watched her "greet" other patients while waiting and her attitude seemed to lean towards condescending and annoyed. At the end of my appointment I was told that I needed an MRI of both my shoulder and back and that they would call my insurance co. that day (which was a Friday). Since the accident had happened almost 2 weeks prior and I was still in pain I was in a hurry to find out what was wron
