I was out of town when my wife called to tell me our garage door was broken and would not open. She called Overhead Garage Door who had installed our door and was told it would take 5 days to have a technician out to look at it. I came home the next day, which was a Friday, and searched the internet for an alternative. I found LiftPro and read some great customer reviews so I gave LiftPro a call to see when I could get an appointment to have someone come to my home. To my surprise they indicated they could come the same day between 4-6 pm. Now keep in mind I didn't call until after 12. Then I get a call around 2:30 pm saying they can come earlier if I would like... yes I said earlier! WOW!! Now that is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE. Matt was my technician. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He evaluated my situation and clearly explained my problem and his recommend solution. He quoted me the service and cost in writing and we proceeded. The price was very competitive based on my wife's prior calls to other companies. Matt was very thorough and completed the work in a timely manner and tested the results. He made a couple of adjustments and the job was complete. Matt noticed my garage door opener lights were not working. I told him they hadn't worked for some time. He took a look and spotted the problem... Now I working lights and a perfectly working garage door and that made my wife very happy. Another happy customer. Thank you Matt.
