Review content:
Overall cleaning is OK. Teams are prompt, efficient, pleasant and most of the time do a good job. I do not like to have to check anything before they leave. Have decided that perfection is not possible so put up with a few smudges here and there or careless dusting and polishing as well. With growth of the company cleaning is not as thorough as it was in the past. Time spent here is the same whether we have missed a cleaning or not yet we pay an additional cost. I like the fact that the company is so close that they can return to complete the cleaning if necessary but prefer that all is done the first time. Have considered going back to having an individual clean again but prefer a company with insurance and bonding. Overall could be better but better than most companies.
