Edwin discussed my choices of repairing the immediate problem of a broken drive belt along with suggestions for long term use. I didn't want to go another day of opening and closing the garage door manually and he made a special trip to the warehouse to get the parts needed so the unit would be operational that evening. I didn't realize how spoiled I was to push the remote button when I pulled into the driveway. Thanks Edwin and thanks O'Brien.
