Ilovekickboxing has done wonders for my health and activity levels. The program is top notch and the staff are well trained in fitness and nutrition. In my first three months I lost a total of 23 pounds and continue to feel stronger and more energetic in my daily routine. If you are stuck and get off track, the staff is like family keeping you focused and won't allow you to give up or fall back on bad habits. They honestly care about their clients and when you walk in you aren't just a customer to them. They want to give you the best return on your investment into the best you can become while better your health. I highly recommend this program and location. I am glad I found them. Can't imagine a better place.
