Review content:
Beth was not my realtor, but she was the realtor of the seller of the house I put an offer in on. I am not sour that my offer did not get selected, I am sour at the way in which she completely neglected myself, my realtor, and how she handled the offer situation. Whenever a question was asked she would respond by either talking around the answer or would give a two letter answer that needed more clarification. She would not expand on anything without being prodded into it. She did not respond within the time-frame specified on the offer and told her client to go with another seller though their offer was not the best one. Though I do not know why she was opposed to a solid (and likely highest) offer from a pre-qualified buyer. She makes a stressful situation (buying a house) ten times worse by her attitude. If you want to be treated right do not put an offer in on a house that she is listing unless you in some way know her, otherwise your offer will be brushed off no matter how strong it is. Beware, she seems to be in this for herself not for anyone else.
