I really like CottageCare! I think they're a solid business. Definitely the employees are honest and trustworthy, which is one of things you have to worry about when hiring a service. I don't have to worry about them breaking something and not admitting it, or anything like that. They are very forthright, happy, and I am able to trust them. They're also good at the job because they care. They're not apathetic about what they're doing, and they like to do it! They get the job done! The only thing I would point out is that because they're so good, they're hard to reschedule sometimes. There's probably a more ideal time for them to come for me, but it's not practical right now with their customer base. But I would say that's almost a good thing that scheduling is somewhat of an issue because that means they are in demand. It's a lot like expecting there to be a line at a doctor's office because they're a very good doctor. CottageCare is good in that way, too!
