downgrade strongly advice you not to rent from the Enterprise location at a Red Lion Hotel. My insurance company reserved a standard size car for me. When we went to pick it up, we were given a Nissan Sentra. This is far from a standard size car. When we called they offered us another car but they would not bring it and pick up the Sentra. When I was able to go pick up the replacement I was given a Dodge Dart. They told us that they did not have a standard size car. Still,it was not a standard size car but better than a Sentra. I would not have gone to pick it up had they told me that they did not have one. We sucked it up and settled rather than deal with them any longer. There was not a civil employee in that office. The only way I will everrent a car from Enterprise again is if I have another insurance claim and that is the company my insurance company uses. Save yourself the frustration. One more thing, If they do not have what you have reserved and paid for should they not upgrade your vehicle rather than downgrade it?
