they aren't what they seem, be very very careful! They will not tell you all the facts, just the same old cliches we've all heard a million times. "We don't have the buying power", "we can't control the quality of other labs work", "...well gee, they look great on you" and on and on! I'm sorry I can't recommend this local company, they're just not totally honest. Have to stick with a national company I guess!
